Again, let's enjoy the ride - sit back, relax, and soak it in as life is too short IMO !! With that said, and you all know I am squarely in the camp of a likely buyout/acquisition, I truly feel that it could be between 4 major players:

J&J
Stryker
Covidien

and...ISRG - yes ISRG as why not scoop them up (while they are cash rich) and introduce this new and improved SPORT system to an existing base of clientele and to those who have held off buying until it hit the market. Do they really want to put up with the folly and expense of lawsuits while their market share starts to dwindle ? It may make sense to acquire Titan and "lock in" there strangle-hold on the robotic surgery market.

* A bidding war for Titan between 2 or 3 is highly probable IMO. One thing that is absolutely sure is that every way you look at this - it behooves Titan Mgt. to get the PPS as high as possible as quickly as possible while SUPPORTING the share price. Quicker institutions can buy in, less dilution, and higher valuations if/when acquisition talks heat up
