Dan.... I understand your concern also, it's the not KNOWING, the Silence, and with the amount of shares that have been added over last couple months, one can only worry when you don't get any financial communication from company... I understand there is situations and contractual elements cannot be discussed, but with all the dilution, I would HOPE NOTES are being satisfied and/or Production is being paid thru this avenue, and not knowing what the "monsters developments" that may or may not come, ARE CAUSE OF CONCERN... so yes , IMO this has now turn into an actual penny speculation play, sad to say! one can only assume that there is serious issues with capital and forward looking finances and without a significant contract for distribution being announced.... well we'll see.... trying hard to believe and stay positive... and this board is for a melting pot of ideas and passing of info , not for telling a fellow poster to go elsewhere... that should be left for PIT, OM3, BB and the like, not daily posters with concerns IMO
