Vietnam has been developing the industry for a while now and now that Kim has entered into further discussions within the province,things are continuing to proceed as plans,with respect to the vietnamese timelines.

How much of this ties into KBLB remains to be seen.

If Kim is making his final arrangements and/or developing certain strategies going forward for said province,we have no way of knowing.

In this case,i'd cut him some slack here.

Without going into specifics,one should keep in mind that the vietnamese people have a different way of doing things than we may be accustomed to.


KBLB....more than just a ticker symbol.
