I think you are partly correct. Manu has about 64% voting rights represented by 10 mill preferred. But common do have voting right 1-1.This math is correct at 140 million. By 25 to 250 he is suggesting that he will have 50% voting if 250 million shares are issued. The million dollar question is, who is the owner of newly issued 100 million shares..???
