Not a deal that Derek would likely do. There is little benefit to TRTC at the moment to do any kind of deal with PHOT.

There is also NOBODY posting here that knows any info on such a deal. If they claim to then do not believe it. There are stock market manipulators at work here. They want to get your shares on the cheap. Only believe PRs from the company.

TRTC is close to, or already cash flow positive. If they needed cash they have financing in place which they can now draw upon as needed.

Derek is not going to sell the farm now when finally all the ducks are in a row. Maybe for 10X the current price, but I think his goals are far loftier.

I think he wants to build a HUGE company worth billions of dollars.

TRTC is far and away the best investment in the sector.
