Frankly, I find the o/s matter a concern as well....
However, after examining all sides I have decided at this time to stay with MINE for the following (main) reasons:

1. MINE's most recent PR was actually fabulous News!!! It told us
that Major Accounts have been procured, and production will be
needed that is higher than anticipated-that obviously costs
some money, but indeed a high-class problem.

2. Let's not lose sight of MINE's outstanding Leadership Team-
clearly the best in the Industry.

3. A Chairman of the Board has a primary fiduciary responsible
to Protect the Company's Shareholders on every angle.
Considering Darin Ezra's successful past and honest reputation,
it stands to reason that the MINE Shareholder will be highly
considered.
