Argyll. The application filling and approval does not take months. It takes 4-6 weeks for most companies that meet requirements. I believe CWPC would meet requirements but I'm thinking R/S might be needed. I am unsure why they are waiting which makes me seat on the sidelines until they hit AMEX. Besides I am uneasy about 150MM outstanding shares and possible R/S. My experience was that when any company hits AMEX stock price always drops by as much as 50% because institutions want to get in and want a discount on shares for large amount of funding they provide. After all they are the main drivers not us individual holders. All those things make me wait but I sure did miss 100%+ pop already which I am kicking myself in the butt for. When CWPC was at $2.xx I was waiting for it to drop to $1.14-$1.50 area which it never did after that initial drop. Now being at over $5 with 150MM outstanding shares that would be valued at $10 with 75MM shares outstanding which is very expensive for company that yet to have significant provable reserves that would justify the valuation. I hope you guys won't take it the wrong way but that is my opinion on it. Please let me know how you guys feel about current valuation and rest. I will be waiting for them to hit AMEX and then initial drop. Then I will be buying. Your thoughts ? Thanks.
