All I can say is the CEO caused this calculated calamity yesterday and today. No one else to blame, not MMs, not shorts, not nooby investors with weak hands.

He laid out on Facebook, knowing very well it is being watched and reported to shareholders on various message boards like IHUB.

He lead people to believe, going in, that they had something big IN HAND (i.e., Monumental, larger than ArcView, Blue Sky, We will all relate back to January 23...yada, yada, yada)...now is is clear they were going in with nothing in hand (i.e., we are with PHOT as of 7:00am... what kind of card room parlor trick is this kind of corporate gamesmanship?). Nice powerplay showing the photo wearing the PHOT hat, nice. We will put out news afterwards (i.e., after the conference). Then telling signs...."sorry, we are out partying at the after affair, so it's too late to do what we said we would"?... what kind of sophomoric tactic is that? And you don't negotiate corporate deals over Las Vegas conference rooms on party napkins...you bring back written contracts and have lawyers pour over them, send them back, look at the edits, and back-and-forth, and once more for good measure.

Then the video...what inept speaker do they have. Excuse from the boards...well he's a science geek. Well so am I, and in science you live by presentations, telling the story is how the science becomes put into practice as an application. Then no word, silence, and some sorry ass excuse about...uhm, meeting wasn't what we thought, didn't want to release trade secrets, had competitors there (no kidding, supposedly 10-12 were presenting...what did you think?). Complete BS nonsense. I've been in corporate R&D and this is not how it's executed.

So the CEO led people to the stock with his bold bravado, penchant for over-reaching with exaggerated expectations of something happening at/from/during this meeting uhm, yes...SOMETHING MONUMENTAL, BLUE SKY, BIGGER THAN ARCVIEW, YOU WILL REMEMBER JANUARY 23...and disappeared like a thief in the night. Very good sir, you brought all this on yourself, single handed. Without the wild expectations, without the wild forecast of MONUMENTAL/BLUE SKY, without the YOU WILL REMEMBER JANUARY 23rd, without all that 'fluff stuff' the day would have gone on like a normal trading day. You caused this debacle.

At least is gave me some good insight into what we're dealing with as shareholders... I might add, I'm holding about 2/3 less than I was this morning, sold more of this awareness and disbelief of what idiot management we have than of fear of market losses. Sorry, but I just had to say this...it's how I roll.
