It's it possible that they used the Arcview Conference for several ?

reasons1) Publicity: High profile event covered by a ton of media both conventional and social. Plus an unconfirmed CNBC interview potentially came out of it. Awesome free platform very clever.

2) Intelligence/Counter Intelligence:
Boots on the ground approach, gathering real time info on the Competition. Noting strategies and planning accordingly.
Planting information seeds regarding
their own endeavors as they see fit. If anything I think Arcview really let the Wolves in the hen house with these two having their run of the place for two days.

3) Share holder communication: IMO the official GIFT PR hasn't been released because PHOT & FITX are waiting for the official guidelines from AG Eric Holder, which coincidentally should fall very close to the Feb 7th vote.
In the mean time they have done EVERYTHING possible to "tell " investors what is about to happen. Obviously they feel en brazen by Holder's announcement. The "hat" the FB "GIFT" post , the whole "announcement/presentation" I think it's pretty obvious.

Perhaps these two vipers are far more sophisticated then many give them credit for. This is why I've been holding since .0098. Flipping is for beer money. I clock bank. snapp'n necks, cash'n checks.
