GMCC...my opinion, humble as it is....scam is written all over this. anytime a company "plans" to allocate 96% of an asset sale to shareholders, i smell scam. i've seen this before.

i suspect that 350 mil. and up number is actually some gross annual sales figure that they have suggested to someone that they now call a prospective buyer.

nutshell,,,,,,,play any run and leave.

"the likelyhood of solid increases in shareholder value is inversely proportional to the amount of p.r. blather dedicated to it."

but then, i may be wrong. i've seen that before too.

all things multiply to the point of starvation.
