it's a problem for many penny stocks, not having a good PR department. I think many NASDAQ stock are not better than some Pinkies, simply they have a way better communication to people..

better PR, more money,
more money, more investments,
more investments, etc..

it's a loop that leads to success, fundamentals are not always the main issue
