No Arcam is a NASDAQ Sweden company.

It is not an OTC company

How many tickers on OTC split forward? to increase liquidity and reduce the pps? This is the first OTC "ticker" I know of to do that.

There is an ADR to enable people to invest in it using US Dollars during US trading hours. Pure and simple. Some believe the split is actually to meet full NASDAQ or NYSE listing requirements - need more shares in order to have some filed here and some in Sweden like other mutinationals such as BP or Shell.

Read the Arcam board and their press releases to establish its credentials. Many Institutions one huge one has just privately sold some shares as they had so much of their fund in the one stock.

Still believe their product line is in better shape than XONE, and their financials are in better shape and reported clearly.

is XONE an additive 3D printing company or a mold printing company?
