I don't pretend to despise the crooks behind the Emperia Americas scam under either of its tickers, TEXX and TEMN.

I hold all of them and their hired help in genuine contempt.

The wronged-partner-putting-things-to-right story has long been a favored method of prolonging the life of penny scams.

Clearly TEMN is no exception.
