my guess its the Market Maker printing to do a favor for someone,,,,,,,,

it happens, i know for a fact somebody bidding for 45k shares at .12cents

thats how the game is played i guess in this ball field so play along, change the order

down to around .1204 because now somebody just bid for 12k at .1203cents
