RR Negotiation is No Longer Considered Hypothical.

Both side met, albeit ordered by the court, to iron out a licensing agreement in the context of a "settlement conference". This is a real negotiation and is not hypothical.

Vringo has the upper hand and the leverage do demand a higher RR due to this simple fact: Internet advertising is the CORE COMPETENCY of Google's enterprise. This factor alone can be a justification for an enhanced RR.

(Sure, when push comes to shove, Google can say to hell with Vringo and go back to its old technology, which delivers 20.9% LESS in ad revenue).
