As a share issue is likely in a few months,I like seeing the
stock price move higher and as little dilution as possible.
They may need around $30 Million to get thru next year.

I first bought shares of Titan in 2010 after hearing a fund manager on BNN(viewer question)say that they bought a very small position @ 20 cents. He mentioned it was very speculative and years away from FDA approval.
