No, FITX did not get regulatory approval to be one of Health Canada's producers. They got a "ready to build" letter which is a set of instructions on building a facility that meets Health Canada's standards in order to prep for pre-inspection.

THEN we will see if they pass the inspection. If yes, then FITX will officially be a Health Canada Licensed Producer.
