As expected increases dividend to $1.00 Annualized from .94. Even with it's recent run. It still yields 7.04% based on yesterday's close. considering the 10 year is 2.75% not a bad place to put money, and even better the insiders agree as they have been buyers as well. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
