OPTIONS WARRANTS

The unit was $1. you got 1 share and a right to buy 1/2 share at
at 2.00

So there are but 10M options/warrants at 2.00

Which when exercised the CO gets 20 Million bucks

The Warrants I believe are not tading

You have to look at the $1 per unit differently as
it is restricted stock which currently can not be traded

I believe the PPM is available online
