Before going under the knife Manny and several board members agreed to defer indefinitely the distribution of 14 million shares of board and executive compensation
Reason : They realized the cart was put before the horse.

A couple of things to consider : No partnering will occur until the technology is proven and officially written up.

There are many accomplishments that are press worthy already but the counterparts at this time want annonymity.
