The stock has cried wolf too many times so shorts are not scared. Look, the judge just ruled the WA was bogus and the stock moved about 20%. That ruling came out of nowhere and I would have thought it would push the price much further than it did. This is by far the most unpredictable and volatile stock I have ever owned. Who knows what will happen next? Sorry, I am not JJ, I am sure he will have a much better answer than I once he gets around to reading your post.
