You are correct about many stocks listed on NASDAQ currently being in the $1/share range. However, if I am correct, and I would certainly welcome any documented factual information proving I am wrong, the minimun pps for an initial NASDAQ listing is, in fact, $5.00.

I welcome your and anyone else's further thoughts on this issue.
