Det Thorne That is YOUR OPINION

The thing is, the company is seriously deficient in its corporate governance, which is why Tripp Keber and Dixie eventually sued MJNA.

Dixie is "alleging" that MJNA failed to meet fiduciary obligations outlined in the partnership between the two companies. However the true motivation behind the lawsuit is that the Dixie folks realized the recreational legalization in Colorado, the state in which Dixie operates, will be enormous, ESPECIALLY for edible and drinkable THC entities like Dixie. Therefore Dixie is using any possible resource to relieve MJNA of MJNA's 60% interest in Red Dice Holdings, Dixie's parent company.

And since the Jan 1 recreational boom, Dixie more than ever knows the demand for their product considering the entire state sold out of edibles/drinkables in just the first week of legalization.

Read between the lines and stop trying to distort them.
