exBex, I agree that everyone involved in the Emerald Fraud should be held accountable. I was told that Scott H, from ORRV was given a Target letter. As far as Spinner Kerr? I was told that he was also given a target letter by the FBI in Key West a few weeks ago.

I think the Fisher's did the right thing getting involved in the emerald case. Otherwise Jay and his partners would have been able to get away with not only scamming their investors, but also getting away with scamming ORRV investors. Because ORRV owned 5% of the company that bought the emeralds.

According to Court Documents. Jay Miscovich was going to skip the Country with any money that he would have made off of the emeralds. So, the ORRV shareholders would have been left holding the bag as well as Jay's Investors in the Emerald Scam.

Just my personal opinion
