Don't confuse Medicare and Obamacare. Medicare is actively working to control costs and fight fraud, but that started before Obamacare. Obamacare is expected to help offset some costs reductions from Medicare, as demand increases. You asked for load up stocks and volume and chart are saying it's a load up stock.
