Can someone help me out, here? I have 250,000 shares of TTDZ... not many, I know... but I do not understand what we should see by the month's end when the transaction is complete. What will my divy be and at what price? Will I still have TTDZ shares?

I am confused... As my screen name suggests, I am fairly new and still learning.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
