Tater....I believe you are mistaken and if I had the gumption I would attempt to prove it to you. If not mistaken, when the SEC inquired upon the transfer agent as to the actual share count and an audit was done, it was confirmed as to the amount of shares being in the vicinity of 2 billion. Also, if you have the inkling to track down the questions and answers that were presented; if not mistaken, one of the things the company agreed to was that they were aware of the 2 billion shares. Of course, I may be wrong as I am about due.
