Here is the way I see it playing out, No settlement. If JJ rules the RR is 3.5% it will be a disappointment and the SP will pop very little before the typical slow bleed down. If JJ rules RR 5-7.5% the pop will be significantly higher and then the typical slow bleed down. It is the Appeals court verdict/ rulings that really matters and needs to be determined. Then the SP can find a real market value if Vrng is finally compensated with damages and royality payments. Until that happens this is a trading stock. IMO
