Question re: BSDS

This is probably very late in the game to be asking, but what exactly does BSD bring to NEOM's table? Are they a key element of NEOM's business model? Simply put, is this deal worth the perceived damage to share price in the last 10 months? If they (BSDS) do have something that is integral to NEOM's needs, could NEOM not have looked elsewhere to have those needs met, since this has dragged on for so long?

It just seems like so much importance has been placed on this deal, yet I have not seen any justification for why NEOM needs to make this happen.
