I would just like to point out .0001

the court cases are a nice distraction, but it is time for the company to man up about the a/s increase. Give us a rough estimate of the share count today - stop delaying the share count. Give a disclaimer that says this number includes or does not include the share retirements, but this is a JOKE... and that is no JOKE
