In my discussions with Mr. Parkin, he has used the words "should", I"hope" and other suggestive words. He has never "promised" anything to me. I find it rather odd that an attorney who has made his living based on the use of words in contracts would promise you anything. I would also suggest you call Mr. Parkin yourself and elict from him why he broke his promise to you. Furthermore, you should put me on ignore since my posts seem to inflame you.
