Has Newmont always conducted the company's metallurgical tests? I know that Matthewson used to work there, but is this something new -- or was the testing for a specific reason?

Second question --- the last time the price got to these levels it hit $1.something and declined fast and far soon thereafter--anyone believe it will continue the same pattern until they are bought out?
