NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 01/23/14 -- Winning Brands Corporation (OTC Pink: WNBD) (www.WinningBrands.com) ramps up its TrackMoist activity with the appointment of widely respected soil-conditioning expert Randy Spraggins of Ohio-based Special-T Tracks to lead an expansion of TrackMoist brand activity in 2014. TrackMoist is an earth (soil) conditioner and dust suppressant used by indoor/outdoor entertainment and sporting venues. Field trials of the latest version of TrackMoist, modified to enhance environmental focus, were completed Q4 2013 in Las Vegas, Nevada. They were successful. Technical progress with TrackMoist? makes the product more useful than ever to condition soil used in entertainment and motorsports events, while providing new relevance to other settings where large quantities of water are used for dust suppression. The opening purchase order of TrackMoist in January 2014 was for shipment to Feld Entertainment (www.Feldentertainment.com), an early adopter of TrackMoist, first announced in 2010; "Monster Success for TrackMoist with Feld Motorsports." Soil conditioning for entertainment events is a year round requirement because such events are often staged indoors.

TrackMoist is a super-high concentrate liquid that is added to water tanks of trucks used to spray dirt race tracks or other dirt sports/entertainment surfaces. Packaged in 1-gallon and 5-gallon containers, TrackMoist mixes to create a remarkable 45,000 gallons and 225,000 gallons of treatment preparation, respectively. It has been reported that water consumption is reduced by up to 50% with TrackMoist compared with standard wetting procedures. Many race tracks consume tens of thousands of gallons of water per weekend using conventional procedures to dampen and condition the dirt. Beyond reduced water use, savings arise from reduced fuel consumption by water trucks, less equipment wear and lower personnel costs. The appeal of TrackMoist is not confined to water efficiency because the characteristics of the treated earth itself are improved for sporting performance and maintenance.

Effective immediately, the Special-T Tracks Team, headed by Randy Spraggins, will assume the lead role in product ambassadorship, situational analysis and training for TrackMoist. A first-ever TrackMoist website will be unveiled in Q1 2014 setting out the roster of events at which TrackMoist will be seen in action.

Winning Brands CEO Eric Lehner comments, "It's big news for Winning Brands that the TrackMoist project is gaining new momentum. We are now better organized to benefit from the enormous potential of TrackMoist. Previously we limited ourselves to a small number of loyal sites focused on a narrow range of uses. We didn't have the right business model to let TrackMoist grow easily -- there were bottlenecks. We were also conservative in ensuring that TrackMoist was performing well and that we first built a good performance reputation with existing clients. To prepare for growth of TrackMoist, we have since combined our customer feedback and R
