I'm guessing stuckholders are terrified by the prospect of IHUB shutting down this board which is the only place on Earth where VNDB might be pumped. Yahoo, for example, no longer has a message board for VNDB. That probably explains the chatter here every day or two.

SEC is shutting down very few noncomplient stocks lately. Most trades are probably matched trades by foreigners to create the illusion of some interest. There are no "victims" hence VNDB continues on.

Now if someone were to start heavily promoting VNDB THEN you might see it shuttered.
