The timing of this news release is interesting as it comes at the 52 week low. I see it as an attempt to keep the pps from falling below .0005/4. It's disappointing "news." If the hyimpact is the number one priority, the very core of the survival of your company going forward or folding - the substance of which was conveyed in a past news release - wouldn't you take that risk of raising monies to take control of the testing process? Yes, there are no doubt other expenses, but now have a "sit down" with management to find other possible avenues of revenue? "Heavens ta murgatroyd!" exclaimed Snagglepuss. Or maybe Alison Kruass, "You say it best when you say nothing at all."
