It's easy to see through the deception and that this company isn't diluting on the degree as being expressed. Ask why the intentional alter of understanding? To flip it of course. Create fear to sell to catch the shares in turn sell it just a few ticks up. That's why this stock stays here. I noticed this very quickly it's very transparent. Even the chart shows this.
