NO, IMO I believe it will be later this month (we hope).

P.S. Talked to my broker yesterday about this and she told me she has received several calls by others who are intrigued about the way GWGO is doing the spin off.

I had given her a copy of GWGO's PR and she was also intrigued and is waiting to see if it will happen.
