She is doing the investigation of Marani Spirits application. She said at the very best the license will be approved by the end of February, and ONLY then can they distribute anything.

She knows of no planned tax sale. Unless Marani is planning on giving the vodka away to retailers, she has no clue as to how the vodka will be available within (now) 17 days, as Marani has "alleged".

Margrit should mind her P's and Q's. CA ABC don't play. They have ways of finding out things the company "alleges" in PR's. In fact, "shorty" could simply email them to Lupe. I mean if he'll make an "alleged" illegal video about MRIB......anything is possible, right?
