I was just thinking here, if Peter failed to show up at a summary judgment hearing, he has failed the shareholder miserably if it has any effect on them at all. A suit could be brought against him personally for not tanking care of his responsibilities. Interesting, you can be the president of a public company or ceo and just do what you want without some consequences, right? HMMM
