Grizzly, How do you think this company is being funded? I doubt, you have "total access" of everyone who buys/sells? Exactly, why LEO is pumping out those press-releases. Aspire, would be crazy not to "sell shares" on any large run. Exactly, why we see 30 percent swings in this.


Cellceutix will control the timing and amount of any sales of common stock to Aspire Capital and will know the sales price before directing Aspire Capital to purchase shares.
