Well Typically once You release filings You go back Current with the Exchange Your dealing with I take it. As Far as what the Company says it will do. Well, time will tell, but generally a good hint would be if a company puts out a PR saying they Financials will be out the following WK then on the following Wk Financials are released shows their word is good and can be believed to some degree don't You agree? Most is Pure Speculation of Course until the Company proves over and over again that they are reliable and about what They put out in PR's. Basically I suppose people have to find valuation in whatever they are investing/holding/trading in based on what the Company has done in the Past, Share Structure, Recent movement w/ PPS, The Market for whatever Security they hold, Chart Interpreting and DD of course.
