Not necessarily either. Although they may not be using PHOT for gift financing, if they get Arcview, doesnt mean theres nothing to the photo. People forget that PHOT is more than just GIFT. Everyone ASSUMED gift because its what they are all waiting on, but FITX could also be signing a purchase agreement with PHOT to supply their new facility, which would still be a big bonus for growlife.
People are so caught up in GIFT that they forget this is still a legitimate company that actually sells, and has BEEN selling, products for years. Now that legalization is coming in there is naturally going to be a large increase in Growlifes sales, which is great, and has nothing to do with GIFT at all.
