This rating system is great for Clipstream.

"Google anticipates that some ISPs will begin to use the new YouTube HD Verification classification system in their advertising campaigns, as a way of clearly communicating to consumers what sorts of Internet packages they are buying."

The users will know what they're paying for and will seek a better provider. The customers with the higher ISPs will get Clipstream's HD videos and will be thrilled with Destiny's service. Those co's which provide low ISPs will be exposed and eventually replaced by the competition.

All good news for Clipstream.
