Depending on the type of buyout, we either get X amount of shares with the purchasing company, or if it is a cash buyout ( I imagine because of the massive debt it would be ) , you will get (x) amount of money per share pretty much immediately deposited into your brokerage account
. Depending on where you bought at with HJOE directly impacts whether this is good or bad. I'm rusty on the numbers, maybe TheSmalls can assist with a guesstimated price for a buyout. A LOT of variables come into play.
