Okay, I spoke to an attorney tonight, and it was his opinion that any message board has the right to deny someone to post, whether the site is paid or free. Since I know that he's a lawyer, I have to go with what he says. (meaning that someone on a message board that gives a legal opinion, unless they declare their profession to be a lawyer, doesn't mean anymore than anyone else's about the issue IMO)
As far as bob's terminations they don't call him "machinegun termination" for nuttin. seriously, IMO calling him names like a donkey head, (or whatever it was that he was called) is a personal attack, but asking him questions, while they may make him feel uncomfortable, I don't see as being a personal attack. After all, he's one of the admin here, and members should be able to ask questions and voice discontent otherwise how else would anyone know that they are unhappy. If bob is able to squelch the people that are unhappy about his behavior, or percieved behavior then how will matt and whoever else is behind ihub know there may be a problem in some members eyes?

Now bob has his supporters, no question, but he also has his detracters. I know of at least six people that feel he dealt with them unfairly in the past,.
All the people that feel the way they do about bob can't be 100% wrong, it just doesn't make sense. Maybe they are not 100% right, but IMO they are right enough to say that bob HAS shown preferences and bias in his actions.

As far as banning F.G. why would a message board do that? He's one of the guys that gets people to follow a stock and they in turn post, helping to make the site. Are his stocks terrible? No, maybe, probably, of course, who cares?
