Those forms have to filed should an executive in the company decide to sell at some point (which obviously anyone would be planning at some point). It allows them to sell if they want. It doesn't mean they are actively selling shares. Last time anyone sold a small portion of shares was back in June, and they were small amounts at that. Remember, these guys have not drawn salary from the company yet, only stock. It's perfectly ok with me for them to cash in here and there to receive some kind of compensation. However, there have been no insider sells since the whole MMJ venture has started, and I don't plan on seeing any sells anytime soon. Maybe you should consider finally just giving in, rather than fighting an uphill battle? Just a thought...
