Since they are not selling any "product" worth mentioning they have to sell shares, PP variety, or get some equally foolish investors to lend money.. probably outa the OIL PATCH.... DANG SURE NO BANK will do it... No PIPER will either...been there, done that.. then fersure CHAP 7 or just quit doing filings. Go to the real LA LA land of the pinks or grays.
