I can also confirm the Bakken Shale deal is legit. I spoke with Joseph Ring today on the phone for about 15 minutes. To sum up the conversation things are moving along quite nicely on the deal and he also confirmed the closing date will be on or before the 31st. Phoenix Energy, Inc has one active well in the Bakken that is currently being utilized by XTO. This lease also has much more room to grow by adding more wells and also by drilling deeper. I don't claim to be an oil guru by any means so I tried to make sense of thing using his lingo.

Read my posts guys I have always been one to question things that I don't know forsure. Well, this I know forsure is legit. If this goes through it's going to be huge for PEII.
