Yes. Just checked www.pinksheets.com to see if their have been any new filings. Showing a stop sign. Means company is not up to date with filings. Very limited information. They need to fix this.
Only says that "Arem Pacific Corporation is a holding company in the health, leisure and agriculture industry in Australia." And listed in the real estate industry.
Do you know what the current share structure is. (how many outstanding & float)??
Looks like we have taken a big hair cut so far on this one!! Not buying more untill better information is available.
