So Bill and Steven are trying to sell an internet provider where a business names their own speed and price. This is the bid for better broadband. Think about it..naming your own price for a service. Call any utility you pay for and tell them of CCOP's brilliant idea and say you wish to name your price for the services of your choice. Think it will work....buy 10 million shares of this company. Think its a bunch of crap tied to another bogus PR from a OTC dilution scam..stay away from this garbage stock or get out and cut your losses where you thing you stand to lose the least.
